Galbanum

Galbanum by 1907 opens with sharp green bite—bergamot and black currant cut through a piercing herbal green from Iran galbanum, almost metallic and mineral-bright. As it settles, tuberose blooms white and creamy while ylang-ylang softens edges with buttery warmth; lily-of-the-valley adds a gossamer thread beneath jasmine's heady sweetness. The base emerges slowly: Texas cedar brings dry wood, sandalwood rounds into creamy amber, Madagascar vanilla adds whispered caramel, and white musk settles into skin like warm, clean linen, until only sandalwood and faint vanilla linger at the wrists.
