The House of Le Monde Gourmand
Across thirteen years and fifty-one compositions, Le Monde Gourmand has built a catalog rooted in warmth and sweetness—gourmand layers dominate, softened and lifted by floral brightness, deepened by oriental resinousness. The house moves between confectionery comfort (vanilla, caramel, amber) and luminous florals, with darker, spiced orientals anchoring the collection's fuller expressions. This is layered indulgence: creamy, sometimes powdery, often suffused with the dry warmth of woods and tonka. Range spans intimate gourmands to richer, more complex orientals, but the prevailing thread remains a sweet, sensual heaviness—less stark than floral, less austere than woody.
