Ulric de Varens is presenting Varens Essentiel Collection – nine new fragrances arrive in practical, 25 ml flacons. Cassis Douceur is dedicated to black currant buds. It opens with pleasant tart accords of black currant and sweetness of blackberry. A heart blossoms with jasmine, lily of the valley and ylang-ylang, while a base encompasses cedar from Texas, patchouli from Indonesia and sandalwood from India.
