Syros

Syros opens with a briny, mineral spray—sea salt and watermelon—then sharpens with the green bite of rhubarb leaf, herbaceous and almost tart. The heart settles into warm grain and soft lavender, threaded through with ginger's subtle spice and sage's dry earthiness.
