Khatar opens with the bright, waxy tartness of star fruit and cardamom's warm spice, cut through by Sicilian lemon's sharp citrus—Brazilian redwood grounds the top notes in a woody, almost resinous earthiness. As it settles, pepper and tarragon emerge with herbal bite, softened by cedar's dry grain and sage's green minerality.
