Resine Precieux opens with asafoetida's sulphurous green snap and myrtle's bitter-clean leaf, then unfolds into warm cumin dust layered with honeycomb sweetness and tobacco's dried hay. Incense smoke curls through bourbon vanilla and beeswax, creating an almost candle-lit amber. The base deepens into dense, animalic warmth—hyrax and civet lending a leathery animal musk—while siam benzoin and tolu balsam build a resinous caramel bed. Tonka bean and black amber add soft spice and shadow, with a whisper of bright raspberry cutting through castoreum's dark, intimate grain until only warm benzoin and smoky opoponax remain, darkened by civet's faint animal whisper.
