Star fruit emerges with a faintly waxy sweetness, kept lean by cedar's dry woody spine. The heart lingers suspended between fruit and spice, neither fully sweet nor austere. As it settles, moss and incense emerge from below—the moss earthy and slightly herbal, incense smoke curling upward in thin, resinous wisps until only warm cedar and faint woody smoke remain on skin.
