Description

The story behind this fragrance

Ambre Precieux Ultime by Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier is a Oriental fragrance for women and men. Ambre Precieux Ultime was launched in 2014. Top notes are Myrrh and Lavender; middle notes are Vanilla and Nutmeg; base notes are Amber, Vanilla, Tolu Balsam, Incense, Labdanum, Peru Balsam and Coumarin. Fans of the French perfume house Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier will be thrilled by the news coming from the house! The iconic fragrance from 1988, Ambre Precieux, will be revived in a new edition—Ambre Precieux Ultime. The new edition will be offered in a limited amount of only 1000 flacons! The well-known composition retains the same ingredients, but this time in slightly different ratios. The oriental composition is full of resins and balms (myrrh, tolu balsam, Peru balsam, amber), accompanied with aromatic and spicy flavors (lavender, nutmeg). The base is richer and lingers on the skin due to a higher percentage of incense, coumarin, vanilla and labdanum than the original. The flacon of the new edition Ambre Precieux Ultime stays true to the original and mimics the shape of the 1988 flacon. However, the color was changed into lacquered black and is crowned with a golden and black cap. The limited edition fragrance arrives on the market as 100 ml Eau de Toilette.
