Ephesus opens with bright orange peel and sharp clove snap, immediately warm and slightly dusty. The heart settles into earthy amberwood and dark patchouli, grounding the citrus heat. As it dries, musk and ambroxan emerge beneath layers of creamy sandalwood and smoky cedarwood, while labdanum adds a resinous sweetness. Vanilla and cashmeran soften the wood-and-spice structure into something sensual and lingering—the ebony tree adding a subtle dark mineral undertone that keeps the composition from turning too soft, leaving sandalwood, warm musk, and a whisper of vanilla on skin.
