Mxxx. opens with frank incense smoke threaded through warm spice—pink pepper's bright bite, ginger's dry heat, saffron's mineral whisper—before Virginia cedar and sandalwood emerge, grounding the top's intensity into woody warmth touched by cacao's subtle earthiness. The base unfolds into a rich animalic embrace: hyrax and castoreum create a leathery, skin-like depth, while Madagascar vanilla and benzoin add creamy amber undertones. Indonesian patchouli leaf brings soil and dried leaves, vetiver adds green, resinous grip, and ambergris wraps everything in a soft, oceanic halo—until only vanilla, castoreum's animalic musk, and dry vetiver remain on skin.
