Coeur De Noir opens with a sharp spice—ginger and rum warming the air—before ink's peculiar, almost metallic coolness cuts through. Leather and vanilla emerge next, creamy against the astringency, then the base settles into a dry, woody composition of birch and cedar with tobacco's earthy smoke lingering beneath.
