El Oud

Amber opens El Oud with a warm, resinous glow that immediately deepens as hinoki wood arrives—clean, almost pencil-like, grounded by the earthy mineral pull of cypriol oil. Civet adds a quietly animalic presence, slightly powdery and skin-close, while gurjan balsam weaves in a soft, vanilla-tinged sweetness. The heart settles into a creamy, honeyed texture as tonka bean emerges, rounded further by sandalwood's creamy sandalwood base and the dark, smoky whisper of oud threading through. Tolu balsam catches the light with a subtle spice-amber warmth, and vanilla softens the edges until only dense sandalwood and the lingering shadow of agarwood remain on skin.
