Ámbar Negro opens with crisp lavender and herbaceous rosemary—a cool, almost medicinal clarity that quickly warms. Cinnamon and star anise bloom in the heart, their spiced sweetness layered with a subtle licorice undertone, giving the composition a gentle aromatic density. As it settles, labdanum's resinous amber emerges, deep and slightly earthy, anchored by the woody, smoky character of cypriol. The drydown becomes a soft bed of dark resin and dried spice, warm against skin without turning heavy.
