Bursch

Bursch opens with a boozy-bright volley—dark rum and citrus snap against tart rhubarb's green bite, immediately warm and slightly fermented. The heart darkens into resinous territory as pepper and incense rise, myrrh adding an almost medicinal sweetness while coriander grounds the spice. A dry, earthy base of oakmoss and vetiver settles last, cedar and white musk softening the edges into something mineral-clean and worn-in, like leather aged in wood smoke.
