The House of Zaharoff
Zaharoff has built a woody foundation across nearly three decades, anchoring its catalog in resinous amber and dark cedar. Fresh top notes—crisp citruses, herbals—cut through warm bases, creating a tension between clarity and depth. Oriental warmth threads through, softening the woody spine into creamy, incense-edged finishes. The house moves fluidly between these three poles: sometimes leading with bright green or bergamot, sometimes sinking into sandalwood and vanilla, often balancing both. From 1997 to now, Zaharoff's voice remains consistent—layered, sensual woods refusing to tip fully dark or fully light.
