The House of Regency Cosmetics
Regency Cosmetics built its catalog across nearly three decades on a foundation of woody and oriental warmth, layered with floral counterpoint. From 1960 through 1988, seven compositions reveal a house drawn to resinous depth—amber and cedarwood backbone softened by rose or jasmine curves. The prevailing character moves between dark, powdery florals and rich, animalic orientals, grounded always in woody restraint rather than spice. Regency's range spans intimate and austere, never effusive.
