The Heritage
The House of Mariella Burani
Across fifteen years, Mariella Burani traced a floral-rooted path that deepened steadily toward woody warmth and amber-tinged sensuality. Early compositions favored transparent florals, then gradually absorbed resinous woods and oriental richness, building a catalog where petals give way to vetiver, sandalwood, and the honeyed base of classic amber. The house moves from bright, green-stemmed blooms into increasingly complex, skin-bound fragrance—never abandoning flowers, but wrapping them in wood smoke and soft animalic depth.
