The House of Lostmarch
Lostmarch spent thirteen years composing a restless conversation between bright citrus and warm gourmand sweetness, grounded in woody undertones. Across ten compositions, the house tilts toward sun-soaked openings—bergamot, lemon, neroli cutting clean—before pivoting inward to vanilla, amber, caramel, and resins. Wood anchors nearly every frame: sandalwood, cedar, vetiver rising beneath the sugar. The arc reads as a deliberate tension between luminous and intimate, citrus spark yielding to gourmand depth, never settling into pure sweetness or austere green. From 2000 through 2013, Lostmarch chased a singular sensibility—radiant, then creamy, then woody-amber at the close.
