The House of Bijan
Bijan's catalog unfolds across two decades of floral-driven composition, layered with woody and fresh elements that shift the weight between blooms and earth. From 1986 onward, the house threads luminous florals—sometimes transparent, sometimes lush—against warm woods and clean, crisp accords, building a sensibility that neither clings to one mood nor abandons structure. Seventeen fragrances trace a steady hand: petals open over sandalwood, aldehydes brighten moss and vetiver, green notes cut through amber. The work feels measured, rooted in classical proportion, unfolding across nearly a quarter-century without sharp reinvention—florals remain the anchor, woods the ballast, freshness the breath between them.
